The port’s achievement is a testimony to its effective role in directing the course of maritime operations and its pioneering initiatives, which strengthens its position as a model of global excellence in line with international quality management standards by applying the latest global practices and technical solutions and keeping pace with the rapid changes in the world.
Commenting on the Port of Duqm receiving the Quality Management Award 2023, Engineer Hashim bin Taher Al Ibrahim, Chief Business Support officer, said: Winning this award at the global level is an acknowledgement of our excellence in quality control processes and reflects the innovative programmes, initiatives and global practices in applying quality standards that have been established.
